2022 Annual Conference Call for Proposals Submission Form

At CCID's 46th Annual Conference, we are offering two types of presentations: Faculty Forum and Concurrent Sessions.

The Faculty Forum will feature a panel of colleagues presenting on innovative ways to promote international and intercultural learning. Presentations are 10 minutes each followed by 10-minute facilitated breakout sessions. The Faculty Forum includes group discussion and networking opportunities. Faculty Forum proposals should be one presenter.

Concurrent Session proposals should provide information about a topic with time for Q&A. Presenters should plan on a total of 45 minutes for their session. Concurrent sessions can have multiple presenters.


The deadline to submit a proposal for the 2022 Annual Conference, is October 22nd, 2021.

Faculty Forum vs. Concurrent Sessions
At the 46th Annual Conference, CCID will be offering three types of sessions: presentations, workshops, and panel discussions. Presentations, panel discussions, and workshops will be offered as concurrent sessions. We will also be hosting our signature session, The Faculty Forum.

The FF will feature a panel of colleagues presenting on innovative ways to promote international and intercultural learning. Presentations are 10 minutes each followed by 10-minute facilitated breakout sessions. The Faculty Forum includes group discussion and networking opportunities.

Concurrent Session proposals should provide information about a topic with time for Q&A. Presenters should plan on a 45-minute session.

You may select up to 2 tracks. Please note, CCID may accept your proposal under a different track than you originally selected in order to ensure the best conference experience for all.

Agreement in Principle
check box to agree in principle to terms, including submitter responsible for communication with additional presenters on providing bios and headshots, and relaying pertinent information. All presenters must be registered for the conference no later than the early-bird registration deadline of January 15th, 2022.
